Traditionally by taking Vibhuti between the thumb and ring finger – no need to take a lot of Vibhuti, just a little – between the eyebrows, called the Ajna Chakra, in the pit of the throat, called the Vishuddhi Chakra and It is applied in the center of the chest, which is known as Anahata Chakra. It is generally believed in India that you must apply Vibhuti on these points. These specific points are mentioned because Vibhuti makes them more sensitive.

It is applied to Vishuddhi Chakra so that you take life as power, power does not mean only physical or mental power, a person can be powerful in many forms. Such power can be developed within a human being.

This is a very deep science but today without understanding the science behind it, we just put it on the forehead like a line. It is foolish that a person with one type of streak should consider himself different from a person with another type of streak. Vibhuti is not a thing given by Shiva or any other God.  1. It is said that there are many miraculous benefits of taking vibhuti bath. It is said in the Navnath Panth that ultant bibhoot ultant kaya. That is, it makes the body pure and bright.

 6. Actually, many types of vibhuti have been mentioned in Ayurveda. There are many types of vibhuti like herbs or gold, silver, conch shell, diamond, muktvibhutiukti, god anti, mica, etc. Eating the above vibhuti gives benefits because it is reliable.

 7. Bhabhoot made from the material of Yagya or Havan has also been considered as the destroyer of many diseases, but before eating this type of Bhabhoot it is necessary to know whether it is from a reliable place or not.

 8. Applying Vibhuti on the forehead destroys the negative energy inside you and activates obedience. This gives mental peace and thoughts are pure. By applying it around the neck, the pure chakra is awakened. By applying it in the middle of the chest, the Anahata Chakra is awakened. Conscience is awakened by applying Bhabhuti on the above points.
